«Living in Spiderwebs» coloring poems, the new title from Akeru Publications.

Akeru Publications has just released the book «Living in Cobwebs,» written by the Cuban author Mei Estrada. The launch took place on July 17 of the current year in the gardens of Dr. Valentín Estrada and his wife Raquel Velasco’s residence, located at 3641 SW 129 Ave, 33175, in Miami, Florida, United States.

«Living in Spiderwebs» is a work composed of 37 poems for children, where each poem is accompanied by custom-made illustrations for coloring. The edition was curated by the Cuban poet Raysa White Más, and the cover illustration was created by the artist Jimmy Verdecia, under the pseudonym Jim Mangú.

The presentation was attended by a large audience, in which personalities such as the poet and critic Alberto Lauro Pino, the writer Wilema Wong, the writer and journalist Armando de Armas, among others, stood out.

The publishing house Akeru Publications was represented by the painter and poet Adriano Nicot, who eloquently introduced the author and the book, providing the audience with a summary of the content of the verses, where the reader is met with a case full of ethical teachings, imbued with love and human values.
